Marshall Collins

Marshall “Clark” Collins spent a decade in the USAF as a Joint Terminal Attack Controller.  He served in OIF and OEF before joining the private sector and became an Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance SME.   Clark is an FBI, DOD, SLED, and NRA certified firearms instructor with a combined 8 years of professional instructing experience, teaching Military, LEO, DOD personnel, and citizen defenders.

Travis Greiner

Travis has over 12 years as an Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) professional. As a USAF Geospatial Intelligence Analyst, Travis supported conventional forces and special operations forces across the globe in a CONUS and OCONUS capacity. He joined the private sector in 2018 and continued his service as an ISR SME. Travis has 10 years as an instructor where he now provides instruction for DOD personnel and foreign militaries.

Wilco Lead Pup

Wilco has over 5 years of experience as a four-legged Security and Morale Enforcement Specialist. As a German Shepherd, he’s expertly trained in detecting snacks, unauthorized squirrels, and suspiciously slow mail carriers. He’s provided round-the-clock protection, motivational barking, and occasional “paw”fessional counseling sessions.

Operation: Wilco

Wilco Training Solutions LLC was created in Parwan Province Afghanistan in January 2018.  Initially, Wilco began fielding, creating, and shipping concealed carry permits for service members in conflict theaters.  Products quickly evolved stateside into private marksmanship courses for high-profile entertainment personalities and their families.  There was, and still is, a desire for responsible firearm owners to take their personal defense into their own hands.  Wilco affords defenders the opportunity to “practice” dominating Deadly Force Encounters (DFE) through the use of non-lethal training munition firearm conversion kits.  Our speed, accuracy, and fundamentals based training methodology quickly caught fire and led to multiple local, state, and government contracts.  Wilco standards are derived from real-world DFE statistics and customers get to try, test, train, and build their own standard operating procedures for navigating these terrible events.  Unfortunately, violence is a part of the human experience, but Wilco can help your team “Stack the Deck” in your favor.
